Welcome to Little Rae. These terms outline what you can expect when working with us or using our website.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided and the agreed-upon project scope.

If the project changes or additional work is requested, the final price may change. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins. Any remaining balance must be paid before final files or completed products are released.

Unpaid balances may delay or pause your project.

Design & Revisions

Your quote will outline what is included in your project.

Revisions are intended to refine the agreed-upon design. Major changes or additional revisions may result in additional charges.

Client Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing designs and proofs before approval.

Please check spelling, names, dates, colors, measurements, and other details carefully.

Once a design is approved, Little Rae is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.

Client-Provided Materials

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any logos, photographs, artwork, fonts, or other materials you provide.

Production

Physical products may have slight variations in color, texture, placement, or appearance from digital previews.

Production timelines may also be affected by material availability, shipping delays, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Final Files

Final files included with your project will be listed in your quote.

Editable working files, such as Illustrator or Photoshop files, are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

Portfolio Use

Unless requested otherwise, Little Rae may display completed work on our website, portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our services are customized to each project, payments for completed work may be non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, you may be responsible for payment for work already completed.

Website Use

Website content, including graphics, photography, branding, text, and design, belongs to Little Rae or its respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.
